This lovely 100% Organic herbal tea is a tasty way to relax and calm the body. Stress makes all symptoms worse, so stress reduction can be a valuable health benefit for everyone. This lightly flavored tea can be enjoyed anytime of the day. It is especially nice to take before bed to promote a restful night’s sleep. It can be served hot or cold.
We are meticulous with our herbal selections and we formulate each tea for a specific therapeutic purpose. We choose herbs for their unique properties and flavors to ensure that we create a balanced, beneficial and great tasting tea for you to enjoy.
We prefer loose tea over tea bags. We don’t want the extra toxins that get released from submersible tea bags in the finished cup of tea. If you have not used loose tea before, don’t worry, it is super easy to prepare, you just need a pot and a strainer.
Each bag should make between 40 and 50 cups of delicious tea, depending on how you make it.
Directions:Place between 2 tsp to 1 tbsp of the tea into 8 to 10 ounces of water and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and let steep in the pot for 10 minutes. Strain out the herbs and enjoy!
